The company responsible for processing your data is ELOGIA MEDIA, S.L. (hereinafter, “ELOGIA”), with tax ID B36891778, registered office at Calle Rua Areal, 18, 3rd floor, 36201, Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Pontevedra – 04/09/2008 – Book 2636 – Folio 43 – Sheet PO-28590.

This privacy policy governs access to, browsing of and use of the website (hereinafter, the “Website”) that ELOGIA makes available to interested parties.

The personal data collected by ELOGIA may be used for the following purposes, according to the consent given in the relevant registration form:

  • To send you newsletters and profiled commercial communications related to the services provided by ELOGIA, by post, telephone, email, SMS/MMS or other equivalent electronic means of communication (Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.), in accordance with the applicable regulations on privacy and commercial communications.

Processing of data for statistical and segmentation purposes. We also inform you that the User consents to the processing of their data for profiling as well as for the segmentation of their data.   • The specific request being made.

In certain circumstances, Users may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case it will be kept solely for the exercise or defence of claims.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, Users have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the regulations, as well as where the exercise of their rights has not been satisfied. The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged will inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.
