"After almost 10 years working with Elogia, they continue to add value just like they did on day one. They find a solution to every challenge we throw at them, which is why we consider them part of our team."

Unified cross-market digital measurement
Saba operates in five countries. Each country had its own website, its own app and its own way of measuring digital results. In three of them, there was simply no measurement at all. Three countries with data scattered across different platforms, with no common system to compare and make decisions.
Without reliable, unified data, it was impossible to know what was working and what wasn't in each market.
We defined the shared measurement architecture for all sites and apps. We implemented and integrated the system in Spain, Italy and Chile, including advanced configuration for the brand's new e-commerce with geolocation-based search.
We built dashboards with monthly analysis of online activity by market. For the first time, Saba could see the digital behaviour of all its countries in a single panel and make decisions based on the same criteria.
ASO: the app as a sales channel
Saba's app existed, but it had not been developed as an acquisition or sales channel. Organic visibility in app stores was low and the listings did not communicate the product's value effectively. The result: low organic downloads and in-app sales well below their potential.
Full ASO optimisation: revamped product listings on App Store and Google Play, App Previews, screenshots, metadata and A/B tests to identify which versions converted best.
We activated a ratings management strategy: increasing positive reviews and responding to negative ones with key messages that reduced their impact on the overall rating. External linking to reinforce the app's organic authority.
The result was sustained growth in organic downloads and an in-app sales channel that had not previously existed as such.
