Creative Design & UX for the digital channel

A creative asset that doesn't convert is a cost, not an investment. Design and UX have to move users forward in the purchase process, not just make the brand look good.

In the digital channel, design has a specific function: reducing friction between the user's intent and the action the channel needs them to take. An ad needs to drive a click. A landing page needs to generate a registration or a purchase. A product page needs to convince before the user leaves to compare.

When design is managed separately from performance data, creative decisions are driven by aesthetics or opinion. The result is assets that look great in a presentation but underperform in the channel.

At Elogia we work on design and UX connected to channel data. Decisions on format, visual hierarchy, messaging and call to action are grounded in conversion data, A/B tests and user behaviour, not just creative references.

What we do

Paid media creatives

We design assets adapted to each channel, audience and funnel stage. A prospecting ad on Meta needs to stop the scroll in the first second. A remarketing ad on Google Display needs to surface the right product with the right message at the right moment for reactivation. The design criteria are different in each case.

Landing pages

We design and build conversion-oriented landing pages for acquisition campaigns, product launches and lead generation. The page architecture, the order of arguments, trust elements and the form are all designed based on the objective and the profile of the user arriving from each traffic source.

UX for ecommerce

We analyse the browsing and purchase experience of the ecommerce to identify friction points that reduce conversion: unnecessary steps in the checkout process, insufficient information on the product page, mobile load issues. UX improvements are prioritised by expected impact on conversion rate and average order value.

Design for CRM and communications

Emails, push notifications and CRM communications have their own design requirements: mobile readability, clear visual hierarchy, unambiguous call to action. We design CRM templates and assets coordinated with the communication strategy and the performance data of each flow.

Creative testing and optimisation

We test variants of format, message, image and call to action to identify what works best for each audience and objective. Tests are designed to generate learning, not just to choose between two options: each test defines a hypothesis that, if confirmed, changes how creative is approached in that channel.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the budget, the active platforms and the campaign duration. As a reference, Meta recommends between three and five creative variants per ad set so the algorithm has enough material to optimise. In longer campaigns, creative fatigue is a real problem: asset performance drops over time and material needs to be refreshed continuously.

Brand design prioritises visual consistency and brand perception. Conversion-focused design prioritises getting the user to take the desired action. Both need to coexist: a paid media asset that converts but damages brand perception is not a good outcome. The key is ensuring conversion criteria reinforce brand criteria rather than contradict them.

An A/B test makes sense when there is enough traffic volume to reach statistically significant results in a reasonable timeframe, and when the decision at stake is important enough to justify the test duration. For minor changes or low-volume accounts, a direct change with close monitoring is more efficient.
